This special exemption program is only for general office businesses newly located in the Downtown Business Improvement District (DBID) as of January 1, 2025 or after.
The application window for general office businesses newly located in the DBID to apply is from January 1, 2025 thru December 31, 2026.
All existing exemptions must be renewed on or before your business tax certificate’s expiration/renewal date.
Existing DBID Businesses: *Please note for existing businesses in the DBID prior to January 1, 2025: we cannot retroactively reverse the fees that you paid nor qualify you for this program.*
